Order Processing Times
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days. During site-wide sales or the holiday season, please allow for additional processing time. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We are unable to mark international orders as “gifts” or undervalue them to avoid fees. Thank you for understanding.
Returns & Replacements

Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

- Confirming that your shipping address was entered correctly
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as some carriers mark packages delivered prematurely
